Dear Brethren
It is my pleasure and honor to invite you for the Installation Meeting of The Regional Grand Lodge of W.I. on 4th & 5th February 2012 at Surat.
It is a proud moment for the fraternity of Gujarat that R.W. Bro. Zawareh H. Wadia is being installed as R.W. The Regional Grand Master of The Regional Grand Lodge of W.I. in a glittering ceremony. In fact he will be the first R.G.M. from Gujarat, which makes this a special event for the fraternity of Gujarat.
I assure you brethren that the Gujarat fraternity will leave no stone unturned to ensure that this meeting is a grand success and I also assure you that we shall endeavor to do our best to make your stay comfortable.
Annual Installation meetings, particularly when a new RGM is being installed, provide an opportunity not only of meeting high dignitaries of Freemasonry but also of meeting & interacting with brethren from all over the country. It helps in widening our perspective of this great and honorable institution. Theodore Roosevelt has aptly stated "I violate no secret when I say that one of the greatest values in masonry is that it affords an opportunity for men of all walks of life to meet on common ground where all men are equal and have one common interest".
Brethren, we shall be printing a souvenir to mark this event which will be released by M.W. The Grand Master on 4th February 2012. I request the Lodges/Chapters/Mark Lodges and brethren to send their advertisements/messages for publication in the souvenir. I also sincerely appeal to all brethren to register themselves as Patrons/Member-Reception committee and partake in the celebrations along with their spouses.
Gujarat has always been well known for its hospitality as was amply evident during the Special Half Yearly Meeting of R.G.L. of W.I. held at Ahmedabad and the Annual Installation Meeting of R.G.L. of W.I. held at Rajkot.
